Instrument Introduction
The wheat processing accuracy tester measures the pink color, bran content, number of bran stars per unit area, maximum bran star area, and whiteness of wheat flour. The difference in gluten content between two measurements of the same sample is less than 10% of the arithmetic mean, and the repeatability of chromaticity values is △ E * ab ≤ 0.5
