1、 Main purpose:

Electronic flour analyzer is a specialized instrument for wheat flour quality testing. This instrument is mainly used for detecting and controlling the quality of wheat and wheat flour in the breeding, business acquisition, storage, flour processing, food production and other processes of wheat.

2、 Technical indicators

1. Working power supply 220V, motor power ≤ 250W;

2. Output shaft speed 63 ± 2r/min, real-time display of output shaft speed, speed ratio of fast and slow stirring blades (1.50 ± 0.01): 1;

3. Using torque sensors to detect the mixing process, torque range: 0-10Nm;

4. The detection accuracy of the torque sensor shall not be less than 0.5%;

15. Adopting high-precision water bath temperature control, with a working temperature of 30 ± 0.2 ℃ for the noodle bowl;

16. The water addition accuracy is 0.2ml (300g mixer);

17. After installation and debugging, manually control the amount of water added according to the computer software prompts.

18. The maximum pressure of the water bath is 340mbar, and the maximum flow rate is 15L/min;

19. Configure one constant temperature water bath suitable for this machine

20. The instrument uses standard samples for testing, and the stability time deviation is within 15% of the standard value;
