1、 Main purpose:
Electronic flour analyzer is a specialized instrument for wheat flour quality testing. This instrument is mainly used for detecting and controlling the quality of wheat and wheat flour in the breeding, business acquisition, storage, flour processing, food production and other processes of wheat.
2、 Technical indicators
1. Working power supply 220V, motor power ≤ 250W;
2. Output shaft speed 63 ± 2r/min, real-time display of output shaft speed, speed ratio of fast and slow stirring blades (1.50 ± 0.01): 1;
3. Using torque sensors to detect the mixing process, torque range: 0-10Nm;
