1、 Main purpose:

The dough stretcher is a specialized instrument for testing the quality of wheat flour. Mainly used for testing and controlling the quality of wheat and wheat flour in the breeding, management, procurement, storage, flour processing, food production and other processes of wheat.

14. The test results can be exported in data format for statistical analysis;

15. The stretching motor is started by computer program commands, automatically checking the stretching value and stretching zero point value, and drawing the stretching curve;

16. The hair awakening system adopts high-precision water bath temperature control, and the working temperature of the hair awakening box is 30 ± 0.2 ℃;

17. The maximum pressure of the water bath is 310mbar, and the maximum flow rate is 15L/min;

18. Using computer data acquisition and analysis programs, fully realizing the computerization of experimental data;
